Delete your GoldChat account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, phone number, statuses, chat requests and blocks from our systems. Messages you sent to others remain in their chats, attributed to "Deleted user".

Fastest way — in the app (immediate)

• Open GoldChat and log in;
• Tap the ⚙ (Account) button at the top of your chats;
• Tap 🗑 Delete my account and confirm by typing DELETE.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Can't access the app?

Email isinkwamtase@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my GoldChat account" from any address, including your username and registered phone number. We verify ownership (we'll send a one-time code to the registered number) and complete deletion within 7 days.

What is not deleted

• Messages you already sent to other people (they keep their copy of the conversation);
• Safety reports involving your account, where law requires us to keep them.
