Our standard

GoldChat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and the trafficking of children. GoldChat is a username-first messenger with persistent identities — it has no anonymous or random-stranger matching.

How to report

• In-app: every chat has a ⚠️ Report button and a 🚫 Block button.
• Email: isinkwamtase@gmail.com (subject "SAFETY").

What we do when we receive a report

• Review reports promptly and remove violating content;
• Terminate accounts involved in CSAE;
• Report CSAM to the relevant authorities — in South Africa, the SAPS and the Film and Publication Board hotline, and internationally to NCMEC where applicable;
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Compliance

We comply with South Africa's Films and Publications Act, the Cybercrimes Act, and other applicable child-safety laws.
