By creating a GoldChat account you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older and register with a phone number you control.
- Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use GoldChat to:
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- share illegal content — including any content that sexualises or endangers children, which we report to authorities and remove immediately;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- attempt to break, probe or overload the service.
Your content
Messages and statuses you post remain yours. You give us only the limited licence needed to store and deliver them to the people you send them to. Use the in-chat ⚠️ button to report content that breaks these rules — we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in-app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Service, as honestly described
GoldChat is provided "as is" while we build it out; we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. South African law applies.
